We are still “unpackening“, but would like to thank all of our amazing participants for a day well sketched. I have gone through most of the social media media posts to assemble the storify below. I was thankful to have so much great coverage of the event, and these do not even include the professional film/photography crew we had on site so the best is still yet to come! As well, we are preparing a short survey and will be collecting images that represent the shape of SIP, from your perspective. Stay tuned, we have much more to share as continue this conversation. It’s official… it’s #SKiP16
We’ve done it! Gone ahead and made our official hashtag of the Sketching in Practice Symposium #SKiP16. (not case sensitive) Despite the fact our original logo is merely “SIP”, we felt the added K works better and we will be updating things with it from this point on. Now that that is settled we can proceed with the many planning and preparations for #SKiP16 in just under 3 short weeks, so many things to do! But here is what you need to check out right now.
A schedule has been posted! Our committee has been toiling away planning the day for us and things are finally shaping up. There still could be some switcharoos as things settle in but everyone is quite pleased with the plan so far. Reminder: There will be an “open space” or unconference format available for impromptu sessions, the schedule of which will be determined on the day.
Have you registered yet?, This event will most certainly sell out and we don’t want anyone to be disappointed. Our rates are as low as possible to ensure maximum accessibility. Feel free to forward the site to your own networks, and post on social media. Just remember to use the hashtag #SKiP16 ! 😀
